In the Auckland region the need for housing is acute.

We can choose a short-term approach of ever increasingly costly - financially and environmentally - buildings, or we can look for sustainable solutions.

If we are ever to solve Global issues of climate-change and providing necessities to our over-populated planet, we need to start with local answers . The  Auckland housing crisis could be a platform for a solution to a planet-wide magnitude. To do this, any initiative must be suitable to copy, and this will only happen if it's a financially viable model.

We need a location where it's possible to take action and risk doing things differently.
